What was the highlight of Hotel Globales Gardenia
It was a very enjoyable holiday.
The location was on the beachfront. There was a huge variety of items for buffet breakfast and service was excellent. Quality of food was good.
The Air conditioning was not switched on till 1st June even though we had a top floor room and it was very hot. We had to keep our balcony door open all night for some breeze. Lift was extremely slow and not enough lifts for the capacity of guests. It needs redecoration and bringing facilities upto date. There was no hairdryer.

Fun and restful, smack on beach great view from room.
good food, nice room, helpful staff. welcoming, warm, despite horrid weather, Perfect break for us older ladies

Very nice and comfortable stay. Thank you, especially the nice cleaning ladies!
Nice view, large room. Balcony. Separation of garbage.
The soap containers in the bathroom did not work at all, which was rather surprising. The plastic was so hard that it was practically impossible to get any soap out of the container. A very nice cleaning lady showed us how to pull off the soap. Other thing: separation of garbage could have been better informed and encouraged. It is a major issue, all the garbage that tourism causes. Separation system should be accurate and well organised.
